Clean Rooms / Cold Clean Rooms

Clean Rooms / Cold Clean Rooms

Whether a laboratory, a manufacturing facility, or storage–Clean Room specifications demand the strictest adherence to keep out airborne contaminants and particles. VAGA manufactures insulated panels and doors that are built to the highest standards. Our team of experts understands the demands of our clients, thanks to our decades of combined experience working with industrial clean rooms and refrigeration.

Product specifications

VAGA offers specially designed V-LAB panel systems exclusively for the cleanroom/cold room niche. The V-LAB panel is the ultimate panel for this application thanks to a few ingenious features.

These panels allow us to inbuild conduits, light fixtures, junction boxes, air movement systems, and more–within the panel core itself. This eliminates exposed parts fitment inside a clean room or cold room. Room corners are fitted with specially designed coverings, helping maintain the strictest hygiene standard. VAGA’s clean rooms come with flush windows and doors to prevent dust particles and contaminants from entering the room itself.
